    CUSTODIAL QUALITY CONTROL

Evaluating the quality of custodial services is the first step in maintaining service levels and controlling costs.

If consistent historical data for well defined inspection areas is available, problems can be spotted early. Corrective action can then be focused according to preset priorities (expectations) of each inspection area.
